Aarti brings more than 15 years of international experience across biotech, medtech, and pharma analytics, with a career dedicated to bridging scientific innovation and commercial execution. She has worked extensively with R&D-driven organizations across Europe, the United States, and Asia, building qualified pipelines, leading enterprise partnerships, and guiding complex evaluation and decision processes.
Throughout her career, Aarti has combined scientific fluency with commercial leadership. She has supported early-stage healthcare technologies from initial market positioning through global expansion, helping translate technical value into clear strategic impact. Her experience spans commercial strategy development, partnership negotiations, market intelligence, and cross-functional alignment between science, product, and business teams.
